Thanks for using Confidanto! We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a trusted experience using our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your Personal Data when you interact with our websites, applications, software, and services (collectively, “Services”).

- Create a Confidanto account
- Upgrade to a premium plan
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Connect Google through OAuth
- Communicate with our support team
This may include the following:

- Address and account preferences
When signing in with Google, we will collect the basic profile information authorized through Google Sign-In.
1.2 Google Account Data (OAuth & Ads API)
If you connect your Google account, we only access information that you explicitly authorize. This may include:
- Google Ads account details
- Campaign, budget, keywords & performance data
- Ad group and account structure metadata
- Permission scopes required for automations
You may revoke access anytime by visiting your Google Account Permissions settings.

Confidanto complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use). Our usage includes:

- Human review only when essential for support or troubleshooting
You may disconnect Google anytime in account settings.
4. Google Ads API Scope Structure
Confidanto ensures strict isolation of automation rules based on Google Ads API scopes. Examples include:
- Keyword rules modify only keywords
- Budget automation affects only the assigned budgets
- Campaign rules operate only at the campaign level
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Confidanto shares data only when required for:
- Trusted third-party service providers
- Legal obligations or government requests
- Security investigations and fraud prevention
- Business transfers such as mergers or acquisitions
We never rent or sell personal information.
